Your satisfaction with our product is a top priority. If you have purchased a ChiaoGoo product from an independent retail shop (LYS) that is defective or that has failed with normal use, please fill out our Replacement Request form. After doing so, please send the faulty ChiaoGoo product to the following address:

Upon receiving the defective item, we will do our best to get a replacement out to you within one week. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. Please be assured that we firmly stand behind our product and strive to meet your customer service expectations.
The following products do NOT qualify for replacements:
- Donated items
- Items not purchased thru an independent retailer (for example, those purchased on ebay)
- Discontinued items
- Show samples
Individuals outside of the United States will need to return the defective product to the retail shop from which they made the purchase for a replacement.
