Your satisfaction with our product is our top priority! Every ChiaoGoo product purchased through an authorized ChiaoGoo dealer carries a product lifetime guarantee from manufacturing defect. We will replace the defective product, free of charge. For replacement, please fill out the Replacement Request form below. You will receive an email response with further instructions or clarification.
