Shipping charges include the UPS
Ground/USPS rate, insurance, handling, and if appropriate, COD charges. These charges apply to split shipments unless
other arrangements have been made.
3.
Customer account is needed before placing
first order. First customer orders are
shipped COD or by credit card. When credit has been established, orders may be
sent on net 30-day account. Overdue accounts are charged at 3% interest per
month. All accounts that are overdue 90
days are placed on COD or prepaid only.
4.
If you find an error or missing piece from
your order, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order. Prior authorization is needed on all
returns. No returns will be accepted
after 30 days. If we accept a return,
you are still responsible for any shipping or restocking fees. Needles with defects or that break during
normal use can be replaced.
5.
Financial arrangements (monthly/quarterly
payments) can be made for larger dollar amount orders. Please note that a 1% monthly service fee
will be added to any outstanding balances.
An updated invoice will be mailed after each payment received.
6.
A service charge of $25.00 will be added
for all returned checks.
7.
$100.00 minimum for first order. Minimum re-order is one pack (6 sets). Shipping cost will be waived for any order
over $300.00. This applies to US
customers only.
8.
Because ChiaoGoo needles are largely
handcrafted, slight differences may occur in the needles.
