Product Warranty

Every ChiaoGoo product purchased through an authorized ChiaoGoo dealer carries a product lifetime guarantee from manufacturing defect.  Our guarantee does NOT cover normal “wear and tear”, misuse or abuse.

The following products do NOT qualify for replacement:
* Donated items
* Show or sale samples
* Discontinued items (including those purchased at Tuesday Morning retail stores)
* Items not purchased through an authorized independent retailer

If you are living in the US and have purchased a ChiaoGoo product from an authorized US retailer that deems replacement (per above), you have two options: 1) Contact the retailer from whom you purchased the defective product and see if they are able to replace it for you; 2) Fill out our Replacement Request form below, and send the faulty ChiaoGoo product (via regular mail) to the following address:

Upon receiving the returned defective item and it being authorized for replacement, we will do our best to get that replacement out to you as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:  Individuals outside of the United States MUST return the defective product to the retailer from which they made the purchase. The replacement will be handled by the retailer.

Retailers need to contact us directly for a credit or replacement for any defective ChiaoGoo product. You can return the faulty ChiaoGoo product via regular mail to the above address when convenient. If you don’t have an account with us or purchased our product through one of our distributors, we will send a replacement after receipt of the faulty product.
